Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge 4 Remastered is live on PC — a free Steam update

Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge 4 Remastered is out now on PC — and if you already own the game on Steam, it’s yours at no extra cost. The native 4K, 60fps rebuild arrives as a free update, straight into your existing library.

What’s in the update

This is the first true technical upgrade in the series. The Remastered build brings massively upgraded visuals, more realistic players, updated stadiums and improved lighting to the fast, hard-hitting rugby the game is known for — running in native 4K at a smooth 60 frames per second on modern hardware.

• 10 dynamic set-play options, including the brand-new Cross-Kick.
• 16 international Men’s and Women’s Sevens teams across more than 12 competitions.
• Enhanced Player Creator and Kit Creator — build your ultimate star and your own teams.
• Cross-platform FanHub — share, download and rate players, teams and creations with the whole community.
• Online multiplayer for up to eight players, plus four-player local split-screen.

Your original build isn’t going anywhere

The pre-Remaster version of the game stays available as a legacy branch on Steam, and everything you’ve built lives on there. One honest note: saves and FanHub creations from the legacy build aren’t compatible with the Remastered version — the two builds run side by side, so nothing you’ve made is lost, but your Remastered career starts fresh.
